Fabrication Sample

Fabrications

Metal fabrication is the creation and assembly of metal structures from a variety of materials. Our work consists of steel fabrications of all shapes, sizes and weight, this includes our purpose made stainless steel and aluminium sheet metal designs. We have a wealth of experience in the below fabrications but are also highly regarded for unique one-off fabrications. Radiator guards and pipe cover

Our radiator covers are all made bespoke and manufactured from 1.5mm perforated steel, we powder coat all our radiator covers for hygiene and wipe clean purposes.

Ductwork

Ductwork typically forms part of the ventilation system in a building, due to ducting being unique to it’s building all our ductwork is made bespoke to ensure the perfect fit, our ductwork can be fabricated from a variety of materials including ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Ducting can often be quite complex, so we work closely with our clients to design and create ducting that suit the needs of any building. See our project gallery for examples of our work.

Canopies & Kitchen Equipment

Our kitchen canopies and kitchen equipment including tables, shelving, and cupboards, are manufactured from stainless steel, and can be finished to a dull polished or bright annealed standard, due to the materials we use our canopies and kitchen equipment should last a lifetime. Canopy filters can be removed for easy clean, and we often arrange for one of our partners to install steam proof bulkhead lighting to our canopies.

Our gates and fencing are made bespoke for our clients, we will ensure a perfect design and fit for your requirements, we have a choice of materials that can be used and we can create decorative designs to suit.

Security

We offer all forms of security fabrications including, window guards, security fencing, fire doors, security light guards and fan guards. All our security items are constructed in heavy duty materials to prevent vandalism and break ins, and our metal fencing can come complete with palisade, bow top, mesh and metal bar. All our pieces can be powder coated for durability and hygiene purposes and we will create bespoke pieces to suit your needs.
